I’m Karen, founder of Ready Set Show and a passionate home staging expert based in beautiful Colorado. Originally from Bend, Oregon, I made my way to the Rockies in 2004 and never looked back. My journey began with a deep love for interior design, which led me to study textile science at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. After graduating, I spent nearly two decades in real estate—gaining firsthand insight into what makes homes sell—before launching my dream business in 2019: professional home staging and design.

Today, I help homeowners and realtors across Colorado transform properties into market-ready masterpieces. My signature style blends Modern Organic design with buyer psychology, creating spaces that feel elevated, welcoming, and unforgettable.

When I’m not staging homes, you’ll find me road biking, hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, or curled up with a good book and my beloved pugs. I’m also a proud mom to a blended crew of five boys and partner to one charming Brit—so life is never dull!
