Do you offer occupied and vacant staging? Yes—we specialize in both. For vacant homes, we bring in curated furnishings and accessories to create a cohesive, inviting look. For occupied listings, we work with your existing pieces and layer in strategic enhancements to elevate the space while keeping it livable.
Can you stage luxury homes, new builds, or remodels? Absolutely—and we’re just as excited to stage a cozy condo as we are a custom estate. No job is too big or too small, and no price point is out of reach. At Ready Set Show, we believe every space deserves to shine, and we’re passionate about elevating homes of all kinds with thoughtful, market-savvy design.
Do you offer design consultations or styling for Airbnb/rentals? Yes! We offer design consultations for short-term rentals, investment properties, and personal homes. Whether you're refreshing a guest suite or launching an Airbnb, we help create spaces that feel elevated, memorable, and marketable.
Can I request specific styles or color palettes? Of course. We love collaborating with clients to reflect their vision while staying true to our Modern Organic aesthetic. Whether you’re drawn to earthy neutrals or bold contrast, we’ll curate a palette that enhances your home’s architecture and appeal.
What areas of Colorado do you serve? We proudly serve Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and surrounding communities as well as the Denver Metro and Boulder areas. If you're outside that radius, reach out—we’re happy to explore options.
How far in advance should I book staging? We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. That said, we understand real estate moves fast—so we do our best to accommodate urgent timelines. Do not be afraid to ask!
Do I need to be at the home during staging? Nope—we’ve got it covered. To keep the creative flow strong, maintain efficiency, and meet insurance requirements, we ask that only the Ready Set Show team be onsite during staging. This allows us to work quickly, safely, and with full focus on transforming your space into a market-ready masterpiece.
Do you work directly with homeowners or only through agents? Both! We love partnering with realtors, but we also work directly with homeowners, builders, and investors. Whether you're prepping to list or just want a fresh perspective, we’re here to help.
How much does staging cost? Pricing depends on the size of the home, scope of staging, and whether it’s vacant or occupied. We offer transparent quotes and customized packages to fit your goals and budget.
What’s included in a staging package? Each package includes design planning, curated furnishings, delivery and setup, as well as removal upon completion. We also offer add-ons like extended rental periods or refresh visits.
How long does staging stay in the home?
Our standard staging agreement covers 45 days or until the home is under contract and key listing milestones are met—whichever comes first. If your property needs more time on the market, we offer 30-day extension options to keep your space looking polished and buyer-ready without interruption.
How long does staging take? Most installations are completed in one day. We handle everything—from logistics to styling—so your home is market-ready with minimal disruption.
How should I prepare for staging day? To ensure a smooth and efficient staging, please have your home professionally cleaned the day before—not the same day. Clear walkways inside and out for safe mover access, and make sure water, electricity, and HVAC systems are functioning. Complete all repairs and painting beforehand, and deactivate any security systems. For insurance and creative flow, we ask that only the Ready Set Show team be onsite during staging. If that’s not possible, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer furniture rental or use my existing pieces? Yes to both. For vacant homes, we provide full furniture and accessory rental. For occupied homes, we blend your existing pieces with our curated inventory to elevate the space while keeping it personal.
How do you choose what goes in each room? We consider architecture, lighting, layout, and buyer psychology. Every piece is selected to enhance flow, scale, and emotional connection—creating a space that feels both elevated and livable.
